I am extremely satisfied with Tehhost and specially by the staff members.. I don't know How someone can blame such great services.
 
Although my plan doesnt include encoding ( I just tried. Check my logs. I didnt violate rules) , when I run converter I realized that they are demo.

Why?

btw, in my server megui is not installed.

I am not sure which server you are on mate however our RDP department told me that one of the EU servers had over 90% usage and has been taken care of(Gosh! Abusers.when will they learn ). Its down to 15% now. Can you please verify if you are on that server. Else Please PM me your IP and I will get it fixed right away.
