Check PM for demo mate..Yes we do offer 24 hours refund policy but NO public torrents are allowed due to DMCA and other obvious reasons :).For more enqures PM me/Open a support ticket.

Using Tehost RDP service the last five days and it has been great the speed is always awesome and i have not had one connecton problem the RDP is always smooth and fast . Great work folks

hi, i want demo for this:
EU RDP Core Plan

And i need know what are the rules in the encoding. (1, 2, 3 allowed?)

numbers of ussers per server,

preinstalled softwares.

and, if i need install, any softwares, like handbrake, can installed, my self, or have to send ticket or mp?

Already Pm'd you the demo.
You mean parallel encodes? I am sorry but you can only encode one at a time so as to ensure that the server performance isnt compromised.
Number of users are dependent on the plan you order.
We have all pre-installed softwares needed and if you need anything else a support ticket should get you issue resolved. If you want admin access I would suggest you to go With Extreme Plan where we can provide admin access.

I am not satisfied with your RDP please issue refund. Its still not 24 hrs. I am not scamming you as this refund is loss for a Indian user as Paypal return money with lower rate of return. So it will be double loss for me as I already lost yesterday too which is gone already. Thanks.

PS: I could try your NL server but NL server has low RAM + Low CPU than this. So no option left.

You were suspended because you violated our TOS and you decided to act smart and use the service and dispute the transaction parallely instead of asking for a refund from us. Nice Play I must say.We would have definitely refunded you but not now. You will not be refunded by us now and the outcome of your dispute will be decided by Paypal.

None of your further queries will be entertained.
