The server is working fine. Its just that two particular softwares are contradicting each other and whenever they are started simultaneously the system hangs. Our engineers had to restore it via KVM and device a solution. It should run properly now. Sincere Apologies for the issue.
May I know when did we loose your data,provide slow support. If I assume you are in the server Callado is referring to it has been down 3 times in the past 3 months for a span of 10-12 hours at max with NO LOSS OF DATA.All tickets are replied within 24 hours and mostly within 4 hours if that is slow support we are sorry to disappoint you mate.Why every RDP ends like this ??
I have used at least 7 different services and they all end up over selling, servers down, bad support, loss of all data...
It alwas stars good the first month and then infinite problems start

Yes mate we are aware of that. One of our sBorg servers were suspended due to a DMCA issue and we had to have extensive talks with them to get it un-suspended. Your sBorg should be setup within 3-4 hours and 2X Compensation would be provided to you for this downtime. Sincere apologies for the issue.
It is back up and running.Mate I am aware of the issue. We have checked server logs and found nothing alarming but nevertheless if it happens one more time we would be to re-install the server as it has been running for almost 3 months now. Sincere apologies for the downtime.
