Just received reply from support and it's extremely sad and disappointing(please note that i am not sad about the money i paid but sad that they are saying there is no way)
this is the reply that i got,
Sir torrent speed depends on the number of seeders and there is no way we can help you to increase it. Also we do not seed torrents after they are downloaded.
1)
i want to download very new torrent that come to the tracker, if i can't do that then the whole concept doesn't have meaning.
is there no way to download very new torrents in tracker within a minute?
2)
support stated that they won't seed back, that's a huge problem, if you don't seed back then torrent tracker will ban the member in 2-3 downloads.
here i saw support stating 1:1 seeding but odd reply today.
i must have to download the torrents in a minute or two after they come to tracker, is there no way?
if no then it's really disappointing .

No offense but I recommend you to please go and learn how a torrent work, You download from other users who have already downloaded the content, So speed completely depends on the number of seeders (user who have download and uploading now) and on new torrents it can be low. So it is TECHNICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO INCREASE IT.
And its a sBorg not a seedbox so definitely we won't seed torrents after they are downloaded

And yes i am learning these things, but, at the same time of new torrent gets in, there are many seeders too, so it's not like there is no seeders.
even old torrents with decent seeders takes long time to even start

^^ do you rly think all of the seeders are using high speed internet/seeding with unlimited speed? 90% of the torrent users have 2-4mbps connecting and they all cap their upload speed...so that they can download faster...
if you want to download faster try to find direct link of those file.. do not depend on torrent...

I'm literally a.m.a.z.e.d how fast a hosting service can upload large files in one go and to think that I've been doing this manually on ADSL xD
I have a question though..
Do I need to upload only one torrent file in one transload or is there a way to upload multiple torrent trackers and queue them in one transload rather than do it one by one, so that I don't have to manually start a transload for every single torrent file? I hope I'm making sense..

then if there isn't enough seeders then how they downloaded those files and posted the link?
also if tehhost won't seed back how can you manage your ratio in trackers??
i expected certain features from tehhost and it failled in all possible way
( now i have account but i can't new download from trackers because it won't seed back,
yes i know tehhost isn't seedbox but if they don't seed back even 1:1 then how can anyone use it for downloading new torrents in effective tracker?
just one more fact,
i am not here to request refund nor defame tehhost
i can see lot of happy customers but i really don't know how they can even use the sborg to download latest files quickly and maintain ratio,
lukip 006 gave good support before buying but sadly i can't see him anywhere now.

Has been taken care of. An abuser were transloading 10 tabs at a time and has been suspended. It shouldnt happen again.
Mate its a limitation of sBorg itself. A torrent when downloaded via sBorg is first send to transmission which connects to its peers(takes time in that) and then starts downloading which is sent as a response to sBorg and hence the delay. I still think that 10 minutes is too much for that so I would appreciate if you could PM me your sBorg URL so that I can take a look but I must say that there will be a delay for sure.

Well at present sBorg allowes you to download from one torrent at a time which means there isnt a queue system. We do allow multiple transmission instance tabs in Extreme Plan so that can be an option if you wish to transload multiple tabs (with transmission instances) at the same time. It isnt available in other plans as a torrents imparts high I/O load and hence affects the server performance.

I can understand your situation mate but please understand that I have been providing support for the last 6 months at a stretch here at Wjunction and I am on a break now hence it might be delayed replies on my end. I will still try to login 2-3 times a day ,check PM's and the thread .However Warez is still available and he will try to monitor the thread and provide the best possible support. Please do not consider this is a an intention of not providing after sales support. We have no intention of that. Our support(Technical/Sales/Billing) for each and every department are still available and are always there to assist you should the need arise.
As for your issues the decision of not seeding torrents back has been taken after a careful consideration this being lets consider a scenarion when a Pro User downloads a torrent pack of say 30 GB (which is within his storage limit) and in order to maintain the ration we will have to allow a download of 30 GB and an upload of 30 GB. Now the same user (after his previous download has finished) will transload another torrent and this goes on. At the end of the day it comes to 500 GB's of active torrents running with another 1 TB being seeded which really imparts high I/O and uses up a majority of the Port Connectivity this leading to depreciated performance and we cannot allow that. We are still working on this and hope to have this rule modified to suit our clients needs as well.
There are always Seedboxes that you can order for cheap and get your ration back and we will be starting such a service shortly. I hope I made our stance clear. My sincere apologies on behalf of TehHost for this issue.

None of the torrent trackers are downloading for me right now
(stays at Downloading [ 0 MB ]: 0% and not moving)

Was due a Transmission update installed on the server which corrupted a particular setting. It has been fixed and transmission should work fine now.
