We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. There was a hardware issue on the host node due to which network was down.
Since it was hardware issue, we had to get the damaged parts replaced and everything is fine now.
If you can PM me your e-mail ID registered with us or open a ticket, we will add compensation to your account.
