The problem is your dns on the vps doesn't resolve rapidshare.com and maybe any other host Go to your VPS try to ping rapidshare.com, if you don't get the result or long to respon reply thats the problem. Try to change your dns ip to 8.8.8.8 this can be changed at /etc/resolv.conf

thank you, the vps is instantly activated :) and i'm happy with network speed. the default dns 4.2.2.1 seem trouble but when i change it to open dns, its work fine.

You can using kloxo panel /lxadmin, to change the webserver for easy

The problem was your webserver (Apache), change it to lighttpd if you don't have experience with Apache. It works for me
