PPV is PPV , for streaming video only , you can upload videos only ,can not upload other extensions such as rar ,zip ,doc...
PPV is not PPD ,PPS , MIX or x2 PPD plan.

We are upgrading the web servers and one of it got issues with SSL certificate , we are fixing it right now.

@jamcowihed : No , we finished upgrading web servers , now we have a hardware issue with 1 storage server and we are repairing it, will be finished shortly .
