HI Kochan

The web-site went down a few days ago and was restored within 48 hours. I started using Stream hide which is very stable with support around the clock. Surely if Streamlare are going take down the platform down, they would have to let End users know prior to doing so. I've been using Streamlare for 9 months and have a lot of content uploaded which I will have to download and re-upload onto Stream Hide unless there's way of cloning all files and folders?

I don't think so, or I don't have that information.
Generally it is recommended to have several hosts or even "trusted hosts" (which have been on the market for a long time) so that if one of them goes down, your site is not dead and you don't have to re-upload in a hurry.

Thanks for your reply Kochan,

I tried contacting Kim via e-mail address as you can't send via web-site when receiving a bounce back with reason computer turned off.

Streamlare should be providing an update so End Users can download files and re-loading files to another Video Hosting platform. via remote upload method

At 5MB per second can take a while if you are using more than Hosting platform unless there's upload manager to upload various platform at one time.

Streamlare Network is back up.

I received my last payment on March 26. since then I already have other pending payments that have not arrived. do you have any information?

I think servers had been upgraded and hosting working like never before having many files uploaded and being viewed although haven't requested for a pay-out yet to speak of this experience

Since server were upgraded there hasn't been any update for end users on this forum not knowing if Kim is still the Administrator.

During the down time I searched and explored other hosting video sites with most of them delete files for inactive videos after 60 days but found Stream Hide who have more features and settings who also do not delete files keeping file sizes which only sits well with users that have high speed internet connection/Plan.

I am sorry that you have not reached the minimum friend to request your payment. On the contrary, I have 5 pending payments. It is obvious that this server has fallen as Pavel said
 
Hi, i cant see my subtitle and i need it to downlaod my videos. whats wrong with subtitles, and can you check it for me?, please, i really need my sub, because i upload it there before for i not have own server, but now i have. Can you fix it so i can see my sub when i play a video?

Jonas, this host is dead, the admin does not appear, there are no payments, the only thing that works is the machine to put money for the people who upload content to their host but then do not pay.
Don't worry about the subtitles
