next, do you would say "sorry paypal limit my account" or "sorry payment postponed until next week Because monday has left"?

The payments were taking long because we were reviewing the visits of each user (we have ban if users use bots, faucets, ptc ...)
The problems will end on Friday, we have money locked until Friday in paypal...
We are also thinking about using Payoneer or it is better to another?
