I just don't understand why you would keep using Sharpfile if you feel that way (unless you just like giving us a hard time lol) - there are lots of file hosts out there and you have no contract with us - I mean you can leave for 'sunnier' climes at any time without notice or penalty. I would like to suggest (nicely) that you go off and try a few other hosts - if they work better for you then great - problem solved.

Probably some file/files where deleted for dmca

Well usually it would mean it's gone for good (dmca or possibly a corrupted file) BUT ,,, we are currently migrating a whole server's worth of files so that the hardware can be replaced - it is possible (though not guaranteed) that your missing file could be involved in that, and if it is then it should come back to life in a few days. Best bet is to leave it for a while then re-check.

sharpfile-2 pls look at my message aand pls takes proper reforms fast . Hope i m doin my part to mke this host one of the best bz noone can be success with just the merits . we also need to digest the baad part to and try to resolve them :)
 
@sharpfile get this error message when i try to remote more then one file

only 1 active remote session is allowed

i have screenshoot what i can send you mate
 
I have one question only: if i delete my older files to make space for newer ones, will my earnings suffer discount like in case of dmca?

look my user's what they told me :

sharpfile is the first file server I have used in a long time that gives me trouble. it just gkeeps taking me back to 60 seconds on a continuous loop every time I try a captcha there for anything. just fyi

I honestly thought that had been fixed, but I've noted it on today's list and it will be passed back to the coder :sun:

I have also noted the only 1 remote session allowes (at once) issue and that too will be passed to the coder today :sun:

I'll check on that as soon as I can but best guess is that the new dedicated ftp server is being set up - it will have to be tested before it goes live too. As soon as I have info I'll pass it on :sun:

please remove those pop-ups, that's too annoying, you can earn much more if you focus on a good service, and topnotch premium speed. if you are willing to be the next big thing, you should learn from the previous hosts.

I wish I could show you the numbers - I really do ! Suffice to say we make absolutely nothing - nada - in fact the opposite. I'm no fan of popups for sure (who is ?) and I did raise some concerns myself, but when I saw the numbers I shut up pretty quick lol.
No one's saying they are here to stay, but think about it this way - everyone's getting paid - on time and properly. That money has to come from somewhere, and right now it sure ain't coming from downloads / sales. :sun:

Popups are still ok but if they tend to infect people with malwaares then no downloaader will entertaain such filehost . keep my words mate once a filehost image is tainted its very hard to remaintain it . Though having pop ups to generate revenue is fine but not ones with malwares :( And ya not to mention one of my downloaers waas downloading 250 mb file and it took him 7 hrs and hesaid he never goin to use it bz noone can wait that long . So pls fix speeds too . Hope things get back to normal :)
 
Guys Wait They are Working Hard if you Now they invested money without getting back profit's untill now, so let's help theme by waiting and getting sales to theme.

This is not something easy to prepare or fix like dinner in kitchen, this is filehost and you now, that Filesonic and other's started like that than you now next.:facepalm:
