I think this problem because of usage of multiple IP's of a user? may be coder code this script with ip restriction!
and multiple IP comes when u use RDP's (ur ISP IP + RDP IP)

Looking into this now - odd one as my test account shows 100Gb but I will investigateI think the reason we can't download is because traffic available is showing 0
