Hmmm.... now premium account is more expensive than well-established hosts like RS, NL, and FF.

Just considering from a downloader's point of view, you know.
 
account balance is there but My referrals: 0

can't upgrade account with earnings if got less than 25 as it only displays You need a minimum balance of $25 to request a payout.

Is anyone actually reading my updates ?

The account on hold issue is being looked at right now - it is only affecting about 20 accounts (not much help if yours is one of them, I know)

Not sure about this one - what should be opening as a popup ?

I will see what can be done re premium pricing shortly - let's just get things working first :sun:

I have already tried twice to send a message from my account to know the causes and I can not

export files - it was opening in new tab before change. my browser FF 10.0.2
 
new bug:
for new big files uploaded the file manager shows 2gb as file size, but when you download it , the file has the correct size.
 
I have set
Cap Downloads? 1000MB+ (downloads will require a premium account)

and it saved successfully.
But my file even less than 300MB shows :
The file you requested is available only to premium users

?
fix this as soon as possible plz,otherwise our accounts will get banned in many forums :(
