Sharpfile Downloads

Whenever I try to download a file from Sharpfile I get just a white screen with a message asking me to try again later. I have never managed to download a file.
I am a Premium Member and I use Mozilla and Internet Explorer. Why does this happen please ?

Ah just found out, ok The server time is different now since late yesterday afternoon, so the new data started later lastnight and will be later today than before, so your stats for today havent been for as long for today as like they used to be, but will be going longer tonight, does that make sense ?

regarding graph/stats....the users that reported their stats froze after the new graph was added, that is impossible. because the graph runs off a completely separate database table and is in no way connected with the recent downloads stats (which is also why there are discrepancies in the numbers)....the graph data shows only volume that was valid...that meaning, it excludes:

A) duplicate downloads of the same file
B) download from users over max_money_per_ip_per_24_hours and
C) downloads by the uploader

I noticed it was on eastern standard time now.

ok coder just made a few changes and then uploaded 10 files through FTP then transferred to your account all successful of course we then erased them from your account, please try now
 
somehow my account is being detected as free so ican only hv files which are lss thn 1Gb .. i think

I saw tht they were just 1.5 mb .exe file. can u ask coder to test files bigger thn 1gb... i think thn he will know the issue

When u fix renew botton??
Jdownloader plugins is always out...the user that's impossibile to download file...

So 6 day past...and the script...have more more and more problems..
why u don't test the new script in background....and then when is all ok....u put online??
With the old script all upper and user..upload and download very well..now is a very disaster.....
 
I tested agn by uploading 4 file.. 2 were mr thn 1.3 gb and 2 less thn 100mb

not a single file imported

In first After i uploaded
