when I visit the reports page click on a file to see the report and if it has a lot of downloads then while trying to visit page 2 of that particular file I am redirected to page 2 of reports section
kindly fix it
reports page provide better analysis for me and help me in improving my strategy to acquire more downloads

we said there's a big problem with stats , but Mr admin answered :

yeah : there's no problem with stats
but maybe there's a problem with download page or anything...
i don't know , i'm not a coder
 
I still cannot download, from any server, using any files that I find via Google, or through people's signatures on this forum, or even my own files.

I was called names when I first pointed this out, and now it seems more and more people are having the same trouble.

I've therefore requested a refund of my premium account fee, which I think is a shame as the owners do seem to be trying their best.
 
i hope Sharpfile will fix the stat and count it properly, it's impossible for me not to get any single sales for the last 36 hours. and there's no reports for 08/12 and 08/13.

Can anyone tell me how Sharpfile is unlimited for free user? Yesterday i tried to download a file , download started but i canceled after few mbs of downloading. then i ried to download another file and i was shocked. It gave a message that you have reached your daily download limit. Means a free user went away without downloading a single file.Now you can imagine what's going on.

The first four threads were questions/queries not complaints, and of course the only active discussion of Sharpfile is on this forum, so of course I joined and asked some questions.

As for the last post, PayPal etc are distancing themselves from file-sharing due to the take down (legal or otherwise) of Megaupload, and given that the owners of Sharpfile are active in a very public thread, which has many people advertising their copyright infringement, I can see something similar coming to Sharpfile, and the owner won't have much of a defense when they see them active in threads like this. Given that I live in the UK, I don't need the hassle of being caught up in something like that.

Searching on Google shows that I'm not the only person getting the same thing from Sharpfile. But of course I'm a dickwad for daring to question?

Morning guys - just read through all your posts - seems the stats are the biggest issue today, but I just don't know what to tell you 'cos the coder has been through it so many times now and he is so sure it's working properly. I'll talk with shaprfile in a short while and see what we can do though.
I'm also going to talk to the coder today about this 'page unavailable' issue.
As some of you will know I'm not too well right now, so please bare with me as I'm not firing on all cylinders, but you know I go to bat for you guys every day and I will be doing what I can even if I'm not posting as often :sun:
 
Hi I have a problem with uploading files over 1GB When you send a file does not appear in the manager. These are generated but the links lead to nowhere
