I said only that we're under a big update. We have not implemented all needed features yet so please be patient.

We pay in 24-48h after you request payment.
Yes, WebMoney is supported but only WME right now. WMZ will be available in ~10 days.

Do you have a referral program and the program charges a sales site owners? If yes, what percentage do I get from earnings for referrals and sales from my site?

Right now there is 5% from each referral but we'll probably change it to 10%.
A modification for webmasters will be implemented in this update. There will be probably about ~10% for each sale, maybe a little more.

When we were changing from PPD to PPS we have cleaned our servers from all files violating DMCA and we might unseen your payment request. You'll be paid as soon as possible.

As I said - we are under update so our servers may not be available to upload all the time until everything is done.
