Hello man, I will like to know if you can add Romania in B tier on PPD in Shareflare ? I want to work with you again, because seems that only you pay on time at these rates, and I think I am the only one who will bring traffic from Romania, so you dont need to scary about massive trafic from Romania with non profit.
Also in letitbit the turba system is working in the same mode (depending the sales, or is changed only to PPD, and dosent matter about sales rate ?)

group, in which the country, depends on the efficiency of purchase advertising to users from that country. Romania cann't be moved into group B
