In the last couple weeks I've done business with 5 providers who offered their services here:

devilmaycry (2 days)
After payment couldn't provide the rapidleech account. Provided refund.

Worldmasti (1 day)
After payment refunded the money as he also couldn't provide the rapidleech account

Webthosting (2 weeks)
We all know the outcome of that .... <_< Refunded though.

offshoregod (1 week)
Various problems like not working Installatron and have to suspend the account because of ddos attacks

my365host (less than 1 week)
Server went haywire. One full day downtime and another day with high server loads (>4).

Is is that difficult to run a hosting company?

Been with Hostgator for the last 2 years ... never a problem.

the problem is that.. the hosts who are offshore.. have problems..

hostgator has no problems.. cause its onshore.. n is the best..

well for my365host.. its good..!!

I've had my share with onshore hosts too.

Why do offshore hosts have more problems than onshore, Arikarin?
 
cause 1 among 100 pep's would b a spammer or a attacker.. who's main interest is to provide ddos attacks or screw the heads of d hosts.. i think u must be remembering plutost.. the same happened.. and he's no more available here for showing his shame..!!
 
because a lot of offshore hosts tend to have problems. They sometimes use machines that aren't capable of hosting. Problems paying bills. Problems managing the server ( no experience ). It could be a lot of things.
 
That's why I never recommend WJ hosts these days. It is better to go look for an established hosting company. Although for shared hosting that can be rather hard if it needs to be offshore.

Edit:
The vast majority of hosts here are run by teenagers who maintain their company after they come home from school.
 
The problem with onshore hosting is most of them do no support rapidleech.

Been searching for so long now, there is btw 1 hosting offshore germany that provide quality hosting and support is sparkgate.net.

But I want onshore hosting. :(
 
well as i see it. 90%+ of the warez hosters use WorldStream, why? because others use them.
I say if you want quality/uptime go by yourself a dedicated server, and have it managed.

Aira, you could get a offshore rapidleech account.

The Power Uploader account from rapidleechhost.com (Vikas, find him on the Rapidleech forum Showcase) is the fastest I've ever found. No other account comes close to these speeds.

It's not cheap though ... US$10-US$25 per month.

I've did warez linking on my hostgator reseller account for 2 years. Never had problems with them, but as I have my clients sites also on there don't want to take the risk.

K3V, thank you for the link to biohost, but with 10Gb hd space on the most expensive shard account I don't think that will be of any use ...
 
If you guys cant stand regular ddos shit with offshore hosts you better stick with onshore and share some lego bricks or something legal.
