U are not describing your problem clearly in the ticket. At first u told us our server is rapidly hanging, then told about blitshare uploading, last time u sent us screenshot about bitshare downloading. We were confused what was your exact problem. Yet we tried to solve every problem of yours. I think we solved that. then u open a dispute.

if your problem is about bitshare upload and download speed then its not the RDP mate . bitshare has cappend upload speed to 500KB/s for either free and premium users. you can never get above that, Never !!! download speed for bitshare varies greatly during the day. i get up to 16MB/s with NL basic at sometime while it wont get over 1MB/s at other times ! this not the RDP fault as i have tested with other service . bitshare service is a bit unstable ! try downloading from Rapidgator or depositfiles and you see its blazing fast !

Could you please check NL server? Stuck...I can log in, but cannot access my files, or open a browser.

u r just a newcomer. so donot teach us integrity. our 60 clients know our integrity thats why they r still with us.
Our rdp is smoothly used by our other customers and they are very happy with us. See our other posts. So if u cant use our rdp u must donot know how to use rdp.
If u donot close the dispute ur account may be suspended.
We already refund 2 customers. Bcoz we realize their point and thats our duty to refund them.
If any problem would happen from our end we would definitely refund u.
But u cannot show any valid reason for refund. So we will not refund u for ur personal problems.

RAM usage by others atm is 60% only 2 users are active. so surely someone is abusing the server .. can u ban that person ? or just reboot the server ?
i see ram usage atm is 70%

bte @tbus i see completely in this thread that candida is an awesome reseller ! so give him some respect and @rdp , its getting awesome day by day !!
i am getting like 84mb/s in torrents for both up/down thou sometimes client crashes , but its not candida's fault , its the HDD fault as its not a SSD , so it cant get that much of Load ! all in all , we get what we pay for .
