Yea they wont. In paypal's TOS they say that they dont deal with virtual items. So basicly if you open a dispute you will loose and he will get the money since vps/webhosting is a virtual item.

You really think that everything is black and white? If they get hacked they inform everyone? Yeah, smart move. Everyone would leave them as a hoster right away. Why would anyone leave his site to a hoster whos servers got hacked?

They're probably trying to find a way to restore the lost data, and yes. I do agree with you, everyone already knows that there is no professionality here. We can't do anything about it.

He sure is acting like a child by hiding and not giving any information, as someone stated it takes 2 minutes to compile an email, if it's an issue not related to hacking etc, then they have tech support who should be answering tickets not ignoring them, it doesn't take the whole staff to try and rectify whatever the issue is.

Getting hacked is not unprofessional, everyone can get hacked. Not informing the clients, that gets clients to leave. If they'd say, we got hacked but we're doing the best we can, the clients have faith, and would stay cause of the good support. As you can now see everybody claims disputes.

Exactly The Coon if they told me whats going on i can wait tell they fix the issue
But i dont even know if the VPS will be up or not
If eveythink well be ok how many days or hours do i have to wait

I'm sorry for protecting the guy who did it. You know, it just happens that he's my friend, and least I can do is not tell anyone that he is the one to blame. As you know, his reputation would be ruined. And, you can call me whatever you want now, but I'm sure most of you would protect your friends, even if they did something bad.

Why would you need any other info except this? Everyone already knows that data of all VPS's is deleted. All they can do now, is trying to restore it.

eBusiness these days is not like it was before, competition is trying to gain customers just like mafia in real life is ruining bars of their competition.
 
You call him a friend for deleting what could be thousands of peoples sites that they have worked hard on and are proud of, I bet he feels so big and hard right now yeh, hiding behind a computer screen and behind you, I don't think you know anything, I think you full of bs and needs to attract attention to himself, all these people coming to you looking for answer, does it make you feel special....

You know, Radovan Karadžić is the guy who ordered killings of lots of people. But should his son be the one responsible for his actions? Or should his daughter hate him? After all, he's her father. She just can't hate him. Rapists have family, killers, guys who were part of the war crimes, basically everyone has family and friends. And if he did something bad to you, and thousands of other people, it doesn't need to mean he will do that to me. Got it now?

You can think that I'm full of bullshit, but to be honest, I really don't care. If he has any pride left, he should be the one to tell it. Not me, as I'm not part of this, and I'm NOT ServeDome's customer, so I'm not affected by this in any way.

And I can't do anything to help you, or anyone else. All I can do is tell all of you his name, but would that do any good? No. All of you would just spam more, and nothing would be fixed.

Why would it make me special? Is there any particular reason in trying to bash me just for protecting his name?

lol i know whom you pointing to and if you were really his friend you won't do that secondly may be he could have spare them not by hacking them but hey if he won't others will its just life now they gota try responding to their clients if really they got balls and are not kids like you said ;)

Reason why I got in this discussion is to let HIM know that he disappointed me, this was a really lame way of trying to get his company on top. Because Abhishek is a really great guy, and what he did to him is something that I wouldn't wish to anyone.
