- on your website, under TOS is written that

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scopehosts.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services.​

My question is do you allow nulled scripts and warez linking?

We Do Allow warez linking and nulled scripts on the offshore servers . We Have Combined TOS for Onshore & Offshore Hosting services .

Linking Doesn't mean you are hosting the Warez files on our servers , they just indexed to the hosting servers .

P.S. e.g. for warez linking i can just create a thread on a forum that i am going to install where i put the ony the link of the "warez" (could be RS,MU, or any other server -> just not yours). Am I right? If you receive a DMCA complaint about the nulled forum script, what are you going to do?
