Yep, server is down and no one is answering damn tickets. Now it's been a full week, but still i have the same problem and can't see any improvement in support...
 
Shared Hosting Servers Under Major Maintenance
Dear Clients,

We had to take all our shared & reseller hosting servers for major upgradation. As latest exploit had been released on the present kernel and we had a pending cpanel updation schedule.

Both the features are being updated along with latest version of apache , php and other modules .

As its a necessary updation.

Maintenance might time period of 12-24hours . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all clients.

Suitable Compensation will be provided to all clients .

How long it will take ? I just bought 20 adspots and my new site is down from 2 days, Im wasting my money and traffic :/
I cant work :/ if this going to be longer like this, my site will be blacklisted at all ddl's I use ...

With such crappy support this company has no future... I am sick of throwing my cash to the trash bin. Yesterday i saw such message on scopehosts forum:
85% of the DDOS affect as been resolved . Still there is 15% of the affect . We will be clearing it out soon by today .

We sincerely apologize for all the clients on this particular server facing slowness in the service.

If any of our clients who have their backups with them . Can open ticket for transfer of service to other servers . Which will be done immediately.

I sent him a message on 16/06/2011 10:47 asking to move my site to other server. Guess what? Still no answer :facepalm:
Moreover they still provided no answer to my problem, which i submitted on 04/06/2011 04:09. So this is called "Professional Webhosting solution"?
Don't know what to do, site is offline (suspended with no reason), no support, no nothing.
 
Got a refund from them, so they are not running anywhere :)

All clients who are using Wordpress, DLE and Other CMS Boards are here by informed to cross check the plugins which have been installed. And which work on cron jobs and website data grabbing concept.

We want clients to remove these sort of plugins or use the different plugins which take low CPU resource.

After last 48hours of monitoring we have come to notice as many of the clients are using too much of resource because of plugins as mentioned above, which is causing the lagging in service for all the clients on the server .

We request all clients who have installed these sort of plugins do the settings properly or remove them from their site .

For next 24hours if found any client using more then 20% of the CPU resource constantly with regarding these above plugins. We will be suspending the service untill the client is ready to take the action immediately.



DDOS Attack Issue:

Regarding DDOS attack Issue, We know there are many haters against a quality service providers . We have now resolved the DDOS Attack issue by 90%. All fluds are now been controlled. With latest Security updates.

There will be small laggings till another 24-48hours . We will be monitoring the affected server 24/7 so that there wont be major issues in the service.



We are thankful to all clients who stood by our side in this attack issue. This is 1st time which as happened in our service history of 3 years.

what happen site down from more than 4h and no reply in support ticket

did you change your dns

to 17 and 18? they sent some email to me but i never got it, and now the site has been down for some days.

very unproffesional really to need to do that.
 
Server is again down now.. What is this?? I have to chng my hosting now...:facepalm::facepalm:X-(X-(

my site still down and i am not using any sort of plugin or resource just a simple dle site without any plugins so why my site is down i am posting here because staff didnt replied me in 9 hours and my site is still down :(
 
note to everyone; their server router is down due to some circuit problem. I was informed that they are working on it ( this is for germany server only)
