I'm trying to upgrade my rushare account to premium but on the Avangate screen where I enter my credit card details, in the Payment Options section, I am able to enter my credit card number but the dropdowns for Payment Options and Billing Currency are empty. Since I can't select these I can't successfully place an order. I've tried on multiple PCs and browsers. Any ideas what I can do? Avangate doesn't seem to offer a way to directly contact a customer support desk.

I think .. Not only Usa but also other countries are having issue with buying Pre.

I started using this host at October and now i've got 2 sales and the host is dying...

they survived well over a month with no paygate before, this time they have one , its not perfect but they can continue and run and pay affiliates.
