I think main problem is for paypal is refund policy, most companies gives money in few days
to the uploader and when downloader wants money back, they make trouble, no reply and they contact with paypal and paypal kick ass of hosts. Why netload and turbobit still alive
cause they accept 30-45 days refund period and give money after those and paypal is free now.

Im pretty sure you cant just set up a whole payment gateway in 1 day ... things need verification.

I can see paypal taking longer than 3 days, just look at other hosts , they are still limited for months

You should have started working with alternative payment processors already. I'm afraid your wait for PP could be futile. Even if you use a new PP account, that one may not last long.
