yes that's because Admin havn't updated all the server's coz they have a lot server's and it will be fixed soon.
iam using FTP and iam uploading files up to 10 GB without problemes.
but whene you refresh the page of uploading it will give you 10 gb MAX and than 3 GB MAX and than 2 Gb max.
hope you understand.
so go on with FTP no problemes
