Should have taken care of your uploaders. Currently you have a reputation for dead links due to the limited 200 GB space, limited countries covered in your affiliate program, and uploaders expecting rates to drop without any notice.

you have to appreciate the rockfile "high speed download" banner for its comical value, otherwise it's really depressing what you really get with premium (apart from giving them back what you won) :

Payments are issued with in 10 business days, max date for payment request generated on day 1 of the month is at day 12, and max for payments generated on day 15 is the day 27.

I have a dilemma, a few days ago I noticed that you have announced the addition of 3TB of space for premium user. I'm not sure I have the right for that. I would ask you, if is possible to check my account and tell me if I can get these 3 tb space?

No, recent outage is not related.
It must be an temporary issue or related to your uplink consumption at the time of uploading.
When you find your upload speed too slow, cancel it and start it again, if it's the same, it should be your connection is loaded at this particular minute.

Unfortunately, your account is not eligible for this upgrade.
You should serve 1000 daily downloads.

since you only cover 34 countries, how many daily downloads per ip do you count? and could you announce a couple of weeks earlier when you will remove the temporary additional 100 GB for free and 500 GB for premium users.

Working with certain countries is not a negative point, it's just about our business model.
We count 2 downloads.
