Suggestion required for the blog. What is the best way to keep updated our clients? can anyone suggest a way?,

We were planning for a blog, wordpress or tumblr? Or facebook/twitter are okay for updates?

We would be pleased if someone suggests us :)

You shouldn't create a blog at this stage instead you should continue posting updates in FB and twitter . Creating blog and updating it wont bring much traffic compared to FB and twitter .
 
Is Airtel gone for good? It's one of the most popular operators in India and by not supporting it you are losing considerable business. :/
Please work towards bringing it back asap.

We currently have 3 guys working support, so you can expect faster response.

Regarding Airtel, it will be back, its not gone for good. I myself have many Airtel numbers, so i won't allow it to go away :P
