correct me if im wrong, this seems to be a scam now. no reply for how many days, the promised contact to DC regarding crap Network speed no update and obviously still not fixed.

this should be reported to mod/s.

you should report the thread as scam.

as for me i already file dispute to paypal and still no reply, not sure if i should escalate it to a claim now.
 
Had a internet problem in my district, the lan wires were beign re-laid by my ISP. They are investing a lot it seems.

Yesterday I tried to come online via my mobile phone, but was difficult to reply here on the forums using it.

Anyway, I have processed all the orders and changed the invoice date to 12th Jan, 2012 ... i,e 2 extra days have been given as compensation.

Also, I just got a email from the datacenter that US servers have been shifted to a different network. Server IPs (199.x.x.x), so if you still experience poor speeds, please PM me here / make a ticket / msn.

@zyb3r - Refrain from using the word scam. We are serving over 110 active customers now .. with 14+ servers. 1 or 2 servers may experience speed issues but thats totally the network fault. Anyway, PM me with your issue again, if theres no solution I will full refund you, that wont be a problem at all.

that is a lame excuse imho, this is considered a serious business.

if you value your customers, youll find a way to communicate with them.

days past and you didnt even bother to come online via:
1. cafe?
2. a place offering free wifi if you got laptop/s?

mass email regarding the issue and update?
 
Look, we can play the blame game but conclusion is, all affected customers will get the lost days back + extra compensation and the objective should be to solve the problems and not ponder over the past.
 
We have received some reports about the service from this host and the long delay in communication. I have spoken to Silent.Killer and he assures me that he's taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. Hopefully service is improved and clients are satisfied.

but what if i dont want to continue anymore, dont want the compensation and im nearing my account contract but i didnt used the service for more or less two weeks because of what happened?
