honestly, the only thread im holding onto from this provider is the hope that the new US servers will be great. for new users, i DONT recommend this UK-based RDP especially with crap support and the owner not even coming here to clear some things up.
Well, for faster support, I recommend making ticket in the client area or msn at support@rdplanet.com
This thread is primarily made for people to know that we exist
And as far as servers being great are concerned, we are the fastest growing service for RDP provider, 8 servers with approx 85 active clients. The stats speak for themselves, there might be a hiccup here and there but the aim is to provide value for money i.e 0 days being lost etc
The thread is gone, because making promotional thread is not allowed. And regarding speeds, I am contacting datacenter about this, I am sure they gave me the wrong port.
I will add 2 days to the invoice of the affected users to make up for this.
