What's the point to have a support team if you are not giving us a single reply about the problem?
3 days passed and no news about the service we paid for.
SCAM.
Relax, you wont loose a single day, had a problem with the port and now its fixed. Lost days will be added to the invoice.
You have to realize that we have 8 servers and 85 odd clients. This wouldn't have been possible if the servers / service weren't flawless.
That being said, sometimes shit happens like maintainence, port gone bad etc but all the lost days have always been added. You can ask all our customers, they always have and will get full 30/31 days ... no exceptions !
