Replied but no solution.

In some words: .net framework 3 is not installed or bad installed. For this reason handbrake and other encoding tools have errors. Please install it or give me admin rights for a hours to install it by my own...

I have an annoying probrem, when I'm uploading/downloading through Firefox, and i minimize the window and i'm not clicking in RDP window, the connetion timeout, and my uploads and downloads stop & stuck, and I have to reupload/download again...

How can I solve this?

I order yesterday RDP Professional, i pay , and waiting 24hours and still i dont have access. I check in Client Area and i have Status: Pending. On ticket not answer,meybe there its any support? Ticket #85052

Chakravarti : u can tell me only why its workin very slow? All.. i must waiting for open firefox, so how i can used this server? Its only technical question, i hope that little later its working faster..

Umm yeah ? I got email from Paypal that the transaction is unauthorised ? Fix the issue with paypal and get your details , as simple as that.

Clean up your own mess before judging others, jeez.

I have the same problem as #134.
Would you plan to terminate your RDP services?
It's time to renew my account, but I haven't received any invoices.
 
I contacted them and invoice will be sent asap as they said.

No I will not terminate my account, they have serveral issues with customer support (they are very very slow to give replies) but their service is exceptional. The best RDP around with no doubt.

Hello, I am please to announce that, I have hired a dedicated staff for technical & non-technical support.

I know we have the best servers but were only lacking in the support dept. since I am busy with office & RL.

But now, I can gladly say that this issue has been resolved.
