oh man you again? when will you stop posting fake reviews about rdaheaven? i am using them from 3 months and its nothing like you and your fake review poster friends are saying. this is best rdp host on wjunction. get a life. come out of your grandma basement. i feel sad for you......

It's not about their servers, its about their support staff. It sucks!
TOO LATE! I spent an entire day trying to solve the issue, your support staff kept arguing with me. Most ridiculous service ever. If you don't have knowledge about a particular software, don't act like you know everything. The guy told me the starter plan, which I ordered is only used for uploading(for people who cannot afford a bigger plan). The sole purpose of a video splitter is to cut the large file into smaller parts so that it can be easily uploaded on to any site (Apparently, you guys didnt understand that). Duh! Common Sense! I asked for a refund within 2 hours of the service being activated since you guys wont download a simple video splitter (which isnt used for encoding), and you guys didnt provide a refund. So, I had to file a case. Anyways, I hope you don't treat your customers like you treated me.

You are becoming annoying with your comments , as i got the info you arent even using this RDP.
However i had been using this provider for whole month and did not have any big problems at all also the support was always there to help me whenever i had problem , the only problem really was disk overload error in utorrent but i did not find that to big of a deal , the speeds were good and i was happy with what i have payed for .

Thechampa no hard feeling but I dont find is reply in any way wrong. You are demanding a video splitting software on a $8 RDP in chepaest plan and you say he isnt installing it? Who in the world will install video splitting software in that plan? I have ordered a basic plan and they have installed it for me . So no they do install . You want be a cheap client and abuse in the cheapest plan then thats your fault not theirs. I have opened 3 tikets requesting almost 7 software installations and all of them have been promptly attended to. So yes I would suggest RDPHEaven till now

I just wanted a simple software, which I can use to upload a file. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT! He is not doing me a favor nor is he doing anyone a favor by giving out discounts. When did I say using a discount code is wrong. I have myself used a 50% discount code on a Basic plan. They provide discount to get more clients but that doesnt mean you will try to misuse it. If you want to upload large files then you should choose a plan where you can do so and not try to do everything with the cheapest plan available. I am sure had you ordered a suitable plan they would have helped you out. Instead of asking everybody to get their facts straight get yours first. You want to Split/Join videos in a $8 plan and you blame the provider for not allowing you to? Go and get a brain and have a budget to suit your needs.You will get what you pay for.

I am not sure but doesn't video splitting use cpu power? I am sure no provider will allow using cpu power for cutting videos at $8. common dude be serious. you know you are getting allot more than you paid for.

I upload videos on sites like youtube, dailymotion.....dont get involved in matters you have no knowledge about ...Everyone uses an RDP for different purposes...did I ask you about how you use your RDP? Every software uses some sort of memory, and no I am NOT getting what I paid for...the RDP becomes useless if I cant upload basic things

Thechampa: The thing is they installed all softwares I need including video editing softwares so if they arent installing for you then the issue is with you. You want something which you are not paying. So dont expect it .Stop acting oversmart and pay for your needs instead trying to abuse a server plan

I find it extremely stupid as to how a fellow can be so dumb to demand video editing softwares ( and write custom application to hide the fact :P) on a $8 RDP and think like he bought the best slot and cry about it Only an idiot will expect such a thing. This is a public forum so I can write my opinion. I dont need to wait for companies owner as I dont represnt them. I am stating an obvious fact like it or not is your headache not mine.
