First of all I am really satisfied with the RD when it is working, its fast, really great and I would love to keep working with it for a long time
BUT:
I have the same problem like t3hdrom. Every 3-4 days I get this and cant connect to the Server. I already wrote support tickets and it got fixed in quite a short time but it is really annoying, especially when processes were running and got closed by this...

And about the downtime, we are constantly getting attacked by some hackers so we have installed a firewall to block them but sometime they manage to crack our firewall and take the server down. We are in process of developing a system that will automatically reboot the server if it doesn't respond within 3 minutes. So if you take the server boot up time to be 2 minutes than server won't be down for more than 3+2 minutes after we integrate that system with our server. Most probably it will be active from next Monday. And we are also trying to find a permanent solution for those attacks.

Agree with the other guy bought the service speeds are absoulte joke 1gb connection i dont think so download in netload,ryushare,uploaded 4mb/s i get faster speed at home, Programes crash all the time, u get no support waste of time.
Proof is in the pics and the guy is telling me its not his server thats giving me these speeds its the places im downloading them from when im on premium everything.
