First of all you need a logo, your template just shows the template name, which is kind of lame.
Other than that, it looks OK to me , you need more contents though. Fill that forum up submit to some ddl's including my new ddl www.bigddl.net

i like the style, but i find the dark green member name's very hard to read. nice name for the site. but i suggest something more legible for the mem names. maybe a lighter shade of green?
