I got it difficult to close the site temporarily.

Just increase the speed for free users. Its vital for you to survive..

Also you should count downloads from the same IP.

What about premium downloads? Are they counted as well?

At the moment they are counting 1 dl /1 ip (24hrs) no matter free or premmy. But they stated that they will start count all dl's from free users in future.

You must increase the download speed for free users because no one wants to download at the current speeds.
