I cant see big difference in DLs. There are better days and worse days, but generally its ok. But according to my statistics i never get sales from server PR15, PR16, PR18 and PR26. So i guess DL counter doesnt contain their numbers either.

My visitors complains they are unable to download files as a free user.
Some download links always show the message to them:
You can`t download not more than 1 file at a time in free mode.
Wish to remove the restrictions? Buy Premium access.

But it doesn't happen on me.
Is it a regional ban?
 
i got the same message when i made some tests a few days ago. Surprisingly i could NOT download anything at all as a free user (I was unable to download all day, nothing at all (24 hours ban?) . I asked my friends to test DLs from different IPs, and they could download. Do RG use temporary ban for some IPs for free users, or is it just a bug?

To the contrary there were days when i could download more than one file in paralel mode as a free user.

As a premium user i never experienced IP ban (or bug), im pretty sure there were days, i downloaded more than 15 GB (the limit for premium?). I remember one day downloaded more than 30 GB.

Limits seem very chaotic recently.

hello , can you share your experience how to avoid files be deleted? it's too strange when i post the new files,some were deleted soon.
 
I have about 20-40 files deleted a day. Thats not much cuz i have 22000 files total. I use RAR for english stuff or stuff that was completely deleted once. Also use file names not to easy to recognize whats behind it. I never post links directly. For example if its a tv show, i use text on site, like "Download season 1 here", and when u click, get the links.

But almost never put direkt links like http://rapidgator.net/file/...... not even in CODE tag.

And when i have a stuff that was completely deleted more than once, i try to use more tricks, use safelinking, give passwords, encrypted option, stupid file names, even add something tiny into RAR, like cats and doggies picture, so Digital Fingerprint has less chance to identify it. lol my kittens are the greatest warriors against copywright and DF...

yes 2 kinds of deletion:

1.) server problem, randomly disappearing files
2.) or deleting full stuff connected together

with 1st one you cant do anything...just reupload :(

but if they want to fix something, i say COUNTING ISSUES is more important.

NewRapidGator, when server PR16, PR18, PR26 will be fixed?

i see your dowload of yesterday better than other days. the same to me. download and sales both better than other days. i made 27 sales yesterday. i think RG forget to shave it:D
 
mate, dont forget the days before yesterday RG had BAD GATEWAY errors, thats why DLs are less. so dont think they forget to shave, just image number of sales if they did not shave at all :P

congrats to your sales. :) do u upload porn or warez?

I think it's the reason why premium sales increased recently.
However, visitors who don't want to buy premium accounts started shouting GAME OVER on my sites. :facepalm:
 
I think time to stop using this host lol

They not even care to Pay per download , seem like system is not count again, and the database and server always broken

They are obviously cheating. When I was on PPD, they cheated on downloads, but I had sales. Now I switched to PPS, not a single sale. Now, I stopped using it, and I switched to another host.
