In order to keep the servers healthy they limit the ftp upload speeds of users. Mine is limited to 1MBps. I tried contacting support several times but I always received a vague response in this regard.

I'm having the same issue .. i tried many options : invisible browsing mode, clearing cache and cookies.. i also asked for a password reset, and they send me a new one, but i get "Access Denied" or "Error e-mail or password" or "Wrong Captcha" even if i wasn't asked to type it ! :)

do u know whats going on?
this is my 3'th day without sale/rebill
my download hits are no so much
less than 100 /day
but all files are bigger than 500 gb up to 5 gb

I never had such bad days before
does anyone know whats happening these days?
not just RG , my other accounts stopped selling from 2 days ago, too

so disappointing days
