Sold premium accounts has nothing to do with earned from sites sales. Thats two different things. In other words, sold premium accounts are NOT included in column Earned from sites.
22 feb:
- 12 sales earned from sites (9.144$)
- 3 new sales from his rapidgator links (28.3875$)
- 2 rebills (9.0930$)
- Referals (1,4614$)
Total: 48.0859$
Sold premium accounts column: 3 new sales + 2 rebills = 5 (28.3875$ + 9.0930$ = 37.4805$)
About this:

So from these 12 sales he get 5% from each sale.
I think it's should be 45%+ these 5% ?
If I get sale from my blog I get 45% +5% for site sale.

no, there are two ways to get sales.
1.) from your own uploaded link: you get 45% + 5%
2.) from rapidgator banner, (placed on your site somewhere, no uploaded link behind the banner): you get 5%
I think on 22 febr he sold 7 sales from rapidgator banners.

No, I just received a message from RG telling me that the payment details have been changed. And I just found before being logged out that my next payment is -2.3$ and premium till 2014.
