that comment they made was for downloaders only . remember its not filesonic charity days when we get compensations for errors or site down from a filehost. they already shave us . if they compensate they will shave more for next week to equalize thaat compensation lolz
 
I received an email 8.5 hrs ago saying my account had been changed to accept a payout. I only saw the email a few hours ago. I never changed the account setting to make a payout. I log in and find out I now have a premium 3 month account. I never used my accumulated funds to make a premium account.

I send an email to RG saying I did not change my account for a payout. Then I send an email saying I noticed the premium account purchase. During this time, I have trouble accessing RG.

I gave up for an hour then tried again. At one point I thought I managed to change my password, now I can't get in at all, with either password.

I try their feature to recover the password, and now it tells me no such user exists.

On their website, I find a telephone number, so I call them - no one picks up and won't let me leave a message.

So what's going on ?

How long will it take for someone to reply to my emails and I think it's obvious someone went into my account to make me a premium account and add their WMZ purse. If I can't access my account, I can't block this from happening.
 
Looks like they find a new trick (like DDOS'ing themselves...:hrhr:) to avoid paying, saving money or whatever...Website unreachable but be sure you gonna find some "files deleted" (you know, the ones bringing you rebills...)

Yes, I figured someone accessed the account. But now I can't log in. When I tried changing the password, the site froze; when I tried again, it wouldn't let me in. So now I can't log in, I can't use their RG site support system. No one is answering their phone. If it takes 2 days to get a response to the emails I sent them, if someone else managed to get in, then I'm screwed.

Their site said they have telephone service 9am to 6pm - if they're in Greece, then by the time I called them, it was past 6pm their time. So I can only try again tomorrow.

Earlier in the thread, it was said their site is under DDOS attack which explains the outages. Elsewhere it said they have a Skype contact - does anyone know their Skype contact ? I can try with that program.
