Some users are not able to download from some specific servers, a user reported that he cannot download a file which was hosted on pr29, I checked and it was working. But I think some regions are not able to download from specific servers. That's why my download count is also low. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't know what is the problem now, downloads and sales are very low, stats are moving too slow for me. I don't understand why RG can't keep their system stable, whenever everything starts working its only for a few days and then we are back to this problem.
