but i was taken away 5$ from my account

wrote to support they said that they received chargeback from one of my sales

BUT I DONT DO PAY PER SALE im on pey per download


They are totally ignoring me and still claiming that it was chargeback from sale

I want my money back!!!

Already started to take all my files , but with your shitty speed will take some time (and the limit of 15 GB!!!).Why the fuc* you dont answer to serious problems like stats freeze , ftp down, slow speed with web upload.You give only useless comments here .This thread should be closed .You dont offer any support!!You can see that this is:

Don't take it too personal, they are ignoring me all day long as well. And all I asked for was to be 'allowed' to run under PPS cause my business model does not do PPD. One would think that running 3 of the biggest sites on the net would have them knowing who I am but it seems that they don't and that switching me to PPS is obviously a state affair. Oh well, I am going to rent another offshore server and host the damn files myself then ... tired of this filehost shit ... it is just plain sad and pityful lol

good thing i put multiple mirrors for download. my users are companing about your free speed all time and it seems even with premium people are unable to get anything over 1.4MB/s . i like you guys and you pay on time but you are losing the competition !
