so that seem like a trick, it choose that for user since first time, by we don't want to buy a premuim, what a spam and trick, im enaugh no more apologize

i unchecked that box few days ago....after from mistake i bought from my ballance a premium account, so in my case they really dont have any excuse...maybe was a bug....but if was a bug everybody should have premium at this moment ...so i guess is a trick...or dont have money to pay!

and the same happened to me :facepalm: -9.99$
 
I already had a premium with them and it wasn't extended automatically yet even though i didn't untick the recurring box.
I have enough on my account but i'd like to choose myself so i unticked it now :D
If they want me to stay they should improve on their webupload speedsX-(

Minimum payout is 15$ USD. Payments are automated and created on Monday for previous week.
We pay on Thursday .

@NewRapidGator I already send ticket to you....you closed that ticket (with no answer in it) and did not sent money back in ballance!
