Problem in forgot password

Hi admin when i try to forgot password i complete games but when i click on recover it say game not completed

I have tried it with Chrome and Firefox and successfully completed the game along with the recovery email being sent.

What browser are you using along with version?

this is 3rd day i cant logged in here i enter password but wrong user or password error ocured last day i use forget password and change my password but today on 3rd try im successfully logged
