Dude, if someone is earning 100$ + from a filehost then definitely he will show some gratitude towards the filehost.
For eg, if I am using a RDA service from certain provider and theres a thread for best RDA, then I will definetely say that the one I am using is the best. That doesnt mean I'm working for them or I'm getting a discount on my invoice. I just support them, hence I will leave a positive review.

And as far as deejam goes, his links are all over the net (with some heavy reputation) so its kinda obvious that he earns good
