the server seems to be overloaded on weekends. video has a large buffer. other days the video plays very well
There is just one server that is overloaded and it's FTP server. 217 Other servers are completly fine with load under 60%.

Have you confirmed your payout via email? I don't think so as i have cancelled all payouts that was not confirmed for more than 24 hours.
Click restart button then. Sometimes it requires couple remote restarts due to streamtape direct link generation delay.

There is email. We sent upon every payout request confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. Which means you need to confirm every payout. It's prevention from unauthorized payout request that have happened in the past because users was sharing their accounts with other people then complained about payouts that they did not requested.
Depends when you requested it. If it was before Monday you will receive it at Monday/Tuesday. If it was requested at Monday after 3PM UTC you will receive it at Friday. In case there is any delay each user is being notified via E-Mail about it.
Payouts are done. Don't expect anti-clone anytime soon.
Upload page you can obtain embed code via the toolbox on the right (after upload is finished you can pick code you need) or via Export page in files manager.

hello playtube, when uploading files either by zoom or by web it does not allow to upload anything, an error appears at the end.
