Hello, i want to know if there is anyone that knows PHP at a medium - expert level and want to team up with me to work on WLOL .

There are some requests for new features from clients and i am planning to make a new script but i just don't have enough free time.

I wanted to start the new version using a framework but i am just learning about them so will be a plus if you know how to work with frameworks.

If you're considering using a PHP framework, I'd really recommend http://laravel.com/

Not only is it dead simple, it's also very fast, elegant and has extensive documentation.

They're releasing a new milestone version soon to (v4) which is even more improved upon.
