But the files under 300 Mb is not possible to put only premium download?
The publish an unpublish is for what?

hey i am not reaceiving emails... I try to unlock the security and i can't because i am not reaceiving emails.
and also try to contact you guys but is not working, i am not reaceiving response.

Publish and unpublish is an old feature we removed. We will implement the under 300MB. Send me a PM with your username and ill remove the security block for you.

can not upload 2.9 Gb?

i see Error: filesize too big

i try to upload 7GB same problem

you say the premium can upload 10GB

u can check that or any premuim to upload 3 or 5 GB

We were experiencing a few problems which we have fixed you may now upload 10 GB files. In order to upload 10GB files you have to use Web Upload , Flash Upload or Zoom with FTP upload the max filesize which you can upload is 2GB at this time.
 
many of files was delete whats problem

whats the type of files are u allow in host i upload game movies ?

and change name folder if some body send abuse for copyright u delete

how i can do now ? i lose many post :facepalm:

are u accept the adult ? and the adult have the copyright or not ?
 
well guys i decide to use this site for uploading but now you tell me they delete your files so once again i am finding another good site like FM

Well to make something very clear. We do not remove any files unless you upload something that is illegal. If we receive a DMCA notice and because of the type of file, our DMCA team will remove your those files. We or any other file storage site do not have the rights to go through any of our users files. We never go into any user account to see what they are uploading. Our DMCA team will only removes the files that are reported to them.

As said we do not remove any files? Is there any reason we would remove your files and not other users files. I hope you guys can understand that when DMCA companies send a notice to our DMCA team there is nothing we can do but remove the infringing content. Legal Adult files are permitted on our website.

If you go to any other site and they receive a DMCA notice and they not remove your files they are at fault and liable to the government. Please guys no one can fight with DMCA notices.

I did not understand your question, what do you mean by this? If we delete files it is due to a DMCA notice which is out of our hands. We must comply with all DMCA Policies in order to stay in business.

Guys we love our uploaders we would not come here to ask you all to upload files on OTEUpload and then remove those files. As said before we do not remove any of your files not even 1KB files, however if we receive a DMCA notice there is nothing more we can do besides remove the infringing content from our website.

We hope everyone enjoys using OTEUpload, we will be making a few announcements in this coming week that will only make OTEUpload better.

We have contacted Skrill and they declined our request to use them to pay our users. We are sorry, but we have a lot of other great options to choose from.

Right now Payouts are as followed:

Minimum Request:
Paypal/Payza: $20.00
Webmoney, Greendot, and Prepaid Visa: $100.00
Western Union, Moneygram, and Bank Wire Transfer: $400.00

Note: On everything the receiver pays the fees. Including shipping, activation, and transfer.


On a side note, all OTEUpload.com stats are now in USD so it is now easier for users to read what their settings are! Payouts will still be on the 1st and 15th of each month as we promised before. We can also accept all Credit Card methods for payment. We will have a very special announcement for all users very very soon!

Please reduce the minimum payments for Webmoney 20-30 $! If you send money through an intermediary, let it be 10% commission. But at least $ 100 is too much!


And one more question: Do you have a referral program? If yes, what percentage of the earnings of a referral to the most invited him?

We may look into reducing the minimum payouts in the future but for the time being they are currently set at what they are.

Yes we have a referral program, Referrals are 20%.
 
You pay for the sales from the site to their owners? If yes, what percentage? An account can add url of the site, but does not say what percentage of sales from it.
