I create an account for 9,99$/1TB today.
first of all remote upload doesn't work. If you upload videos manually it works very good, buffering speed is nearly perfect.
but without remote upload it is useless for me.

then I logged out and logged in later and suddenly I got this message: "You have not chosen a subscription. Contact admin on wjunction or Skype at diynation"
I mean I paid money and choose a subscription why do I have to contact the admins again??
since then I can not log in anymore. I am really disappointed

edit: login error solved. if you get the same just try to log in with your email instead of username -_- ... remote upload still doesn't work

Thanks for letting us know. I've forwarded this to programming team, I know they were working on a few updates the past few days. I'll notify you once issue is resolved.
 
@elizabad : Please try remote upload again. If your using external upload make sure your using exact url with the extension. Under Account<Help<Video Import and Subtitle by API, may have additional information to help (be sure correct language on top right of website is selected for you, for easy translation if needed.) Let me know if your still having trouble

I'm sory still not working, I use the right url, because I use the same on other hosting services and it is working there.
 
Update 11/25/18

We apologize for the lack of updates these past few weeks. We have been doing a lot updates as well as have talked with many users. Firstly we have settled on the new billing system which we hope to finish sometime next week. It will be based off of your individual use of the website.

New Billing:
1. Storage: $0.008 per Gb per month

2. Bandwidth: $0.02 per Gb per month

3. Encoding: $0.007 per encoding minute per video


After doing some example calculations this is significantly cheaper than paying per minute and will also help us more accurately keep track of costs. After finishing up the billing system we will begin work on the dashboard which when done will operate more like a folder system you see when working on your desktop computer. As well as an embed folder option that will allow you to embed a series of episodes or book chapters. Viewers of the embeded folder will be able to choose episodes or chapters that are contained within the folder on otakucloud.com that will appear to them as a dropdown menu. After finishing the dashboard we will then begin working on your user requested task again, which we haven’t forgot about.

We have also started a manga scanlation group which all users will have access to, to read all of our scanlations. It will appear on the side bar under the user Otaku Cloud Scans. When you choose our image library you can begin reading all of the translated chapters early (With new dashboard things will be more organized and easier to find). Some of the chapters you will find include:

Please check to make sure your using your "Email" and password to log-in. If you use your username and password you generally get that error message (we are changing error message to let users know they have to use email instead of username to log-in). Let me know if you were able to get in. :)
 

Update 11/27/18

All users should now have access to our manga translation group Otaku Cloud Scans. To view our translations click on our name on your dashboard and click our image gallery. There you can view the manga we have translated. Today we have posted chapter 48 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. Enjoy!

Also on another note we have finished our talks with z-o-o-m.eu and will appear in their next update. We are now reaching out to Air Explorer. Will be sure to keep you up to date.

We have official finished new billing system. In case you have just joined or haven’t been following us on wjunction, we are no longer dividing website between free and premium users. Instead all users will be charged based off their individual usage, this was decided on after talking with many members who use the website. We are doing this so that we can continue to provide you excellent service and continue to constantly upgrade the website based off your feedback. We’ve added Payoneer as one of the payment options. So as it currently stands we have debit, credit, paypal, and payoneer. If you have another payment option you wish to add, let us know. Currently we are unable to accept crypto or webmoney. If you are a free member be sure to place payment info under Account < Billing, to make sure your account is not deleted. You can also view your usage under billing. The first billing cycle will be December 31’st and occur at the end of each month. If you wish to change your payment method, please do so under the billing tab. Payoneer members will have to pay manually, as we don’t have an automatic payment option for them. If you cancel billing through your service provider, like paypal it will lead to an automatic account deletion. (which we don’t want as we won’t be able to recover any of your uploaded content) Programming team has already started on the dashboard which puts everything into organized folders and allow you to display many book chapters and video series at one time using the embeded code of that folder. Below is a list of some of the other tasks we will start working on soon as well. Lastly all members now have access to the premium features such as adding ads to your video’s and images to earn money and removing our logo and placing in your own logo to promote your brand.

We noticed a website slow down yesterday probably caused by updates to billing system. We have since resolved this issue. We also noticed that remote upload with zoom was not working, we are in talks with zoom as we speak and hope to get issues resolved as soon as possible. New Dashboard is coming along nicely programming team hasn’t come up with an exact date, but thinks they should have everything done sometime late next week.


For new billing system, there was some confusion with last post so below is a better explanation:

Billing System
1. You will be paying for previous months usage instead of paying ahead of time like before
2. Your first bill will be for usage between December 1st and December 31st.
3. The invoice (saying what you owe) will be generated January 1st
4. Paypal, Stripe, credit card, and debit card payers will be automatically charged on January 1st. While Payoneer payers will receive email saying that they must manually pay by January 10 (You are given 10 days to pay)
5. January 11th we will reconcile all invoices and determine who as paid and who hasn’t. Those who have not paid will have their accounts deleted. (On the 11th day we will reconcile all invoices.)

I added my paypal account for payment, but when I go back to payment methods my paypal address disappears.
I hope It still works now and my account won't get deleted

Try putting in paypal email again. We are having programming team put a message saying "Payment information successfully saved" under billing tab to confirm you have successfully saved information. Currently when you move away from billing tab and come back the email should be there and you shouldn't get pop-up asking for payment info. Let me know if you still aren't able to save information.

Update 12/11/18

Manga
Killing BItes chapter 41 has been posted. Since this series has a lot of untranslated chapters we think it’s a good test for our embed/link folder option on the new dashboard which will allow us to post multiple chapters with one link.

Website
The new dashboard is 90% complete and should be finished soon. The error with zoom upload, should be resolved (let us know if you have any trouble). We have reached out to Air Explorer about adding us to their software and are currently waiting for a response.


Feedback Request
Another task we thought about working on for users is adding a donate button for your videos and images. We thought that since a lot of manga scanlation groups take donations instead of ads this would further help them. For video’s we could add it underneath the video or maybe after the video stops playing? For images we could add it underneath each page or at the end of a chapter? We are looking for feedback for how it should be designed for both videos and images, so let us know what you may prefer.
 
is registration really allows you to subscribe to payment gateways like paypal before using the site?! cant enter the site unless i setup payment details and need to login in paypal.

Try viewing it again, we adjusted it so that you could navigate website, but won't be able to upload until payment information is inputted. Hopefully by this week we will release new dashboard, for your viewing. :)
