Yep.I have blog on blogspot and after few month they deleted my blog.
Reason: copyrighted materials on blog.(xxx videos)

No, same shit as blogger. If you can't afford it just post on blogs until you have enough money. Also don't make a website if you don't know how to drive traffic to it. DDL sites are not a good idea because they use cookie stuffing and will steal your sales.
