Also tried uploading through FTP and it says it uploaded but they don't appear in my account?

Request payout doesn't seem to work.
I filled out data and page says: "A link for confirming this payout has been sent to your Email! Please click the link it contains to request the payout."
I clicked on link on my email and it only took me back to my openload user panel with my payout balance unchanged. History list didn't show my request either.
