I think, this is causing a lot of files can not be downloaded, because the upload never completed 100%, will have to wait a few hours of files into complete, I got a complaint, because the files can not be downloaded, they have to wait 3-4 hours waiting for the file can be downloaded.
but I am sure they will fix this problem ASAP.
